Rényi Institute has concluded contract negotiations with the European Community, the project started on October 1, 2006.
Our main fields of research are:- Protein structure prediction
- Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) in bioinformatics
- String processing algorithms, motifs
- Evolutionary trees and networks
- Systems biology
We expect applications from experienced researchers of the above fields. ('Experienced' meaning at least postdoctoral level, but most of our positions are for more senior researchers.)
The minimum and typical length of employment is 2 months.
Allowances (living, mobility, travel) are paid according to Marie Curie rates.
